The Youth Workforce & Financial Empowerment Initiative is a career readiness and financial literacy program designed to equip middle and high school students with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive beyond the classroom.

Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, real-world exposure, and skill-building activities, we prepare youth to enter the workforce with clarity, competence, and purpose.

This program is open to all genders and focuses on building future leaders who are financially informed, career-ready, and community-driven.​

Who This Program Serves

• Middle School Students (Grades 6–8)

• High School Students (Grades 9–12)

• Youth exploring college, trade, entrepreneurship, or direct workforce pathways

Programs can be hosted:

• Off-site at our partner community locations

• In-school through approved partnerships

• As bi-weekly or monthly workshops

• As seasonal intensives (Spring Break, Summer, etc.)
