The Undefeated Workforce Initiative (UWI) is a career readiness and financial empowerment program designed to equip young adults ages 16–24 with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive beyond the classroom.

Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, real-world exposure, and skill-building experiences, we prepare participants to enter the workforce with clarity, competence, and purpose—whether they choose college, trade, entrepreneurship, or direct career pathways.

This program is open to all genders and focuses on developing future leaders who are financially informed, career-ready, and committed to making a positive impact within their communities.

• Group discussions, team-building activities, and peer collaboration

• Career exploration experiences and exposure opportunities

• A certificate of completion upon successfully finishing the program

She Is Undefeated Inc. has been actively developing programs to better serve our community. The Undefeated Workforce Initiative is set to officially launch June 2026 at the Altgeld Library Branch. Registration begins May 1, 2026.
