Our Board of Directors plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction, ensuring accountability, and expanding the impact of She Is Undefeated Inc. We are currently seeking passionate, mission-aligned leaders to join our Board.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome individuals with experience in:

• Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships

• Finance or Accounting

• Legal or Governance

• Marketing & Communications

• Education or Youth Development

• Community Leadership

Board Member Responsibilities

• Attend quarterly board meetings

• Serve on at least one committee

• Actively support fundraising and partnership efforts

• Serve as an ambassador for the organization

• Uphold fiduciary and governance responsibilities

Time Commitment

Board members commit approximately 6–10 hours per month, including quarterly meetings and committee participation.

She Is Undefeated Inc. is committed to transparency, ethical leadership, and responsible governance. All Board Members are required to complete a Board Agreement and Conflict of Interest form.
