Big Things Are Happening at She Is Undefeated Inc.

At She Is Undefeated Inc., we’ve been busy behind the scenes building programs, creating partnerships, planning impactful events, and expanding our outreach efforts throughout Chicago. As we continue our mission of educating, uplifting, and serving the community, we’re excited to share several major updates, upcoming events, and opportunities to get involved.

From youth empowerment and workforce development to monthly community outreach and collaborative networking experiences — this season is full of purpose, growth, and impact.

One of our biggest events of the year is approaching!

This exciting fundraising experience will bring the community together for an evening of networking, cocktails, entertainment, vendors, and impact — all in support of the free programs and outreach initiatives we provide throughout the year.

Guests can look forward to:

• Signature cocktail-making experiences

• Live networking opportunities

• Food vendors & local businesses

• Community partnerships

• Music, raffles, and more

We’re excited to partner with Bronzeville Soul for a new networking experience designed to connect entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, and changemakers throughout the city.

#GivingSunday Continues Across Chicago

Our monthly #GivingSunday outreach initiative continues to make a direct impact throughout the city by providing:

• Hot meals

• Hygiene products

• Essential resources

• Community support services

Our next #GivingSunday outreach will take place in the North Lawndale community as we continue expanding our outreach efforts into additional neighborhoods throughout Chicago.

We’re also incredibly thankful to partners like Bronzeville Soul for sponsoring and supporting our outreach initiatives.

The Undefeated Workforce Initiative Launches This Summer

After months of planning, partnership development, and curriculum building, we are officially preparing for the launch of The Undefeated Workforce Initiative (UWI) this summer.

The UWI is a workforce development and financial empowerment program designed for youth ages 16–24, focused on:

• Career readiness

• Resume building

• Financial literacy

• Entrepreneurship

• Networking skills

• Professional development

• Real-world workforce exposure

This summer, UWI will officially launch through partnerships with Chicago Public Library branches including:

• Altgeld Gardens Branch

• Douglass Branch

The 10-week program begins June 20, 2026 and will provide interactive workshops, guest speakers, mentorship opportunities, and career-focused experiences for youth throughout Chicago.

The Undefeated Academy Continues to Grow

Our girls mentorship and empowerment program, The Undefeated Academy, continues creating safe spaces for girls in grades 3–12 through leadership development, life skills, mentorship, confidence building, and educational experiences.

Hosted in partnership with Shine Bright Community Center, UA sessions continue throughout the spring and summer with:

• Leadership activities

• Group discussions

• Financial literacy

• Mentorship

• Community outings

• Personal development workshops

We’re also actively working behind the scenes to redesign and expand portions of the program heading into Fall 2026 to better serve families and improve accessibility for participants across Chicago.

Over the last several months, She Is Undefeated Inc. has continued building partnerships with businesses, libraries, community leaders, sponsors, and organizations that align with our mission and vision for community impact.

We remain committed to creating collaborative opportunities that directly benefit underserved communities while empowering youth and families through resources, education, and support.
