Tis the Season! We are eager to assist single mothers with providing gifts for their children this holiday season. We are encouraging mothers with children under the age of 15 to apply for assistance directly on our website under the Contact Tab. Once you are contacted, please be sure to send us the request Christmas list for your child/children. If you are requesting groceries, please be sure to specify this on the assistance form.
The requirements are:
- You must be a resident of Chicago.
- You must be able to submit a current lease or utility bill (please darken all personal information) with your legal name.
-Children must be under the age of 15 years old.
We are so excited to assistance as many Mothers as possible. Due to the increase in request, we will not be able to fulfill request for any Game Console Devices (such as XBox or Playstations). If you have any questions or concerns, please email us directly at info@sheisundefeated.com .
